Terms & Conditions

1. Payment. 
Balance of Payment for the building will be due on or before arrival at the customer's site. We do not offer credit. Unless agreed in writing before hand buildings cannot be left at customer's premises without payment. There will be a charge of sixty pounds for an abortive visit. If we are erecting the building for you, payment will be due on completion of the job
2. Delivery. 
The company reserves the right to extend the delivery date where it deems necessary, and cannot guarantee a specific delivery time or date. If the company is unable to deliver the goods on the agreed delivery date by default of the customer then a re-delivery charge will apply (currently sixty pounds).
3. Cancellation
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your order, you may only do so before returning the order confirmation form, after which the building you have ordered will be in the process of being manufactured to your precise requirements and therefore not be re-saleable. There is no cancellation permitted once you are in receipt of your order.
3. Access. 
In relation to buildings being erected by the company, the customer must advise at the time of ordering of any access restrictions relating to the site. The customer will be liable for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by the company if its agent deems access to be unsuitable or if modifications have to be made to buildings due to access restrictions.
4. Base preparations. 
It is important to provide a firm, level and square base for any building. The customer will be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses incurred by the company if it is deemed by the company's representative that the base is unsuitable to erect the building. The company cannot be held liable for any instability or deterioration in buildings erected on an unsuitable base.
5. Maintenance. 
To preserve the building in good condition apply a good quality spirit based wood preservative annually, periodically cut back overhanging trees and shrubs, occasionally check felt for leakage and oil hinges and locks. If the above advice is not adhered to by the customer, the company cannot be held responsible for any advancement of deterioration of the structure of the building.
6. Limitation of liability. 
Should any defect in workmanship become apparent (subject to fair wear and tear) within 12 months of the delivery date of the building the company would expect to be notified in writing by the customer at the earliest opportunity. The company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss or damage. The company's total liability will in no case exceed the purchase price of goods.
7. Retention of title. 
Ownership of the building supplied shall pass to the customer as and when all monies (however arising) owed by the customer to the company have been paid in full. The company may for the purpose of the recovery of its property enter upon any premises where they are stored and repossess the goods.
8. Specification. 
All buildings are metric-approximate equivalent imperial sizes are given as a guide only and all sizes are nominal.
